Daybeds are very popular in many houses all over the globe-- which is also known as divans.
A combination of chaise lounge,couch and bed, daybeds are used both for seating and as a bed. They sometimes also have a back and hand-rests like a sofa but is broad like a single bed. Often they can be extended and have storage capacity underneath.So whether you place your daybed next to a french window, in the patio or in the corner of a living room, curl up with a book and let the world go by. Of course, do not forget to prop up a handful of pillows in bright colours and elaborate motifs!!
